All orders are processed within 2-5 business days.
UK Shipping Policy
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. We offer the following postage services
- Royal Mail: 3-5 business days
- Royal Mail next-day delivery
- Royal Mail Special Delivery – Guaranteed 1 business
**Custom orders can take up to 2 weeks to dispatch – you will be advised of the timescale**
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
International Shipping Policy
WE SHIP TO OVER 200 COUNTRIES – We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries, we will contact you.
CUSTOMS – We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

Damages
Bio-Jewellery is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Refunds & Returns Policy
Returns
We’re sure that you’ll love your Bio-Jewellery item, but on the rare occasion that it isn’t 100% right just let us know and send it back and we’ll be more than happy to give you a full refund. Just make sure that the product is in its original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or dispatch invoice) and return the unworn item to us via post within 30 days.
There is an extension return window during certain times of the year like holidays, during such times items must be returned to us within 40 days.
Order cancellation.
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- you do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days )
- you receive the wrong item.
- you do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)
PLEASE NOTE, we do not accept exchange and we do not issue a refund if:
- your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
- your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable; these will be deducted from your refund.
For breakable items, ensure they are securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping, as we cannot be held responsible for items damaged in transit.
