Do you ship worldwide?
Yes — we ship to over 100 countries from the UK. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
What's your returns policy?
30-day returns on everything except earrings (for hygiene reasons). Items must be unworn.
Can I commission a custom piece?
Absolutely. Email us with what you have in mind and we'll see what we can craft.
How long until I get a reply?
Most emails get a personal reply within 1–2 working days. Weekends might be a little slower.
